A Buddhist monk helps dress a newly-ordained monk in an orange robe at Wat Benchamabophit (the Marble Temple) in Bangkok. At ordination, a ceremony observed in the company of family and friends, a monk's head and eyebrows are shaved, he dons a robe and he is asked a series of questions about his fitness and intentions before being ordained.
